The Website is an online store for handcrafted leather goods and accessories (including without limitation wallets, belts, small leather goods, bags, and related lifestyle items). We reserve the right to refuse service or sale to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and/or your use of the Website (to the exclusion of any other forum). You waive objections as to venue or forum non conveniens.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

No Agency. Nothing herein creates an agency, partnership, or joint venture between the Parties.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics, failures of suppliers, or disruptions of internet/communications.
