OTHER RULES

  • You can request a change in the shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@saintartisan.com.
    Once the order has been processed or dispatched, the address cannot be modified.

  • We strive to ship all ordered items together; however, in certain cases (availability, product type), they may ship separately.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within India for selected pin codes and product categories.

  • At delivery, you may pay via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, or wallet payments if COD is applicable.

  • Partial refunds are not entertained.

  • While we engage reputed and professional logistic partners, Saint Artisan is not liable for the actions or inactions of delivery personnel or third-party courier services. Any disputes or claims with the logistics provider should be raised directly with them.


RESTRICTIONS

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost during transit, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure all shipping details entered during checkout are complete and accurate.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or failure.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, reshipment fees will be charged, and no refund will be processed for such cases.


RETURN AND REFUND

We make every effort to deliver as per order specifications and timelines.
If, due to unforeseen reasons, we are unable to ship or deliver your order, it will be canceled and fully refunded.

You can cancel your order after placing it only before dispatch.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong color or size unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after inspection and verification by our authorized team.
If the same item/model is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds will be issued via bank transfer based on the details you provide.

Damaged or defective product claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt by emailing support@saintartisan.com.
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on stock availability and verification.


RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT

To initiate a return:

  2. Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories (tags, dust bags, etc.).

  3. We are not liable for any damages during return transit, so please pack carefully.

  4. Upon validation, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
You will receive an email/SMS notification once your return is processed.
